Somatic Personal Training 5-stages:

STAGE 1 PRESPINAL: 

Stage 1 has a restful, soft, fluid and wavelike quality, it can be done as the relaxation routine before bedtime, wakeup in the morning practice or as a centering technique at anytime. 


STAGE 2 SPINAL WARM-UP:

Stage 2 spinal exercises provide flexible firmness, strength, segmentation to the spine and lightness throughout the body.  It is done after the preparations in the stage 1.  The Spinal Warm-up is an excellent way to warm-up before any exercise or as an energizing routine during the day. 


STAGE 3 CORE DYNAMICS:

Stage 3 is a dynamic combination of functional exercises to build agility, strength and balance from the central core. 


STAGE 4 CENTERING SUPPLENESS:

Stage 4 brings ease to the joints, flexibility and suppleness to the whole body.  Depending on the personal needs, the time can be spent more on mobility (stage 4) or stability (stage 3).  


STAGE 5 RESTING AND RESTORATION:

Resting is vital in rebuilding all systems from the inside!  The lack of rest exerts the pressure, drying the fluid system of the body.  Going into stillness, meditation and breathing will relax, energize and hydrate the tissues.

What to wear:

Clothing that work with you and allow movement in any direction. 

Stretchy and non-restricting around ribcage, belly and hips.

No jeans, zippers or any other accessory that might press on the body.
