Being in my body with awareness is my practice.  Creativity and spontaneity sustain my passion for movement, art and life. 

I have been studying a variety of movement forms and meditation for 30 years and teaching for 23.  Taekwondo was my first movement exploration that led me to compete in the black belt category in many European countries.  Once in America I studied somatic movement and healing arts: yoga, Pilates, Nia, Body-Mind Centering and received certification as an ACE Personal Trainer. 

The most important message in my classes to you is that you are your own teacher, the teacher that is with you 24 hours. And you can use these hours, moment by moment, to self-heal in the most subtle ways.  The movement explorations are offered in a way that opens up the choices to reach deeply within yourself for healing and health, awakening the remembrance and understanding of the many relationships you have with your body and mind.
